Job Description

Responsible of:

  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes (Sourcing, Interviewing, Hiring, and Onboarding employees etc.)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Systemize and track the hiring processes with ERP system
  • Coordinate local and international recruitment processes and support expatriate employees and their families with relocation arrangements.
  • Extend and negotiate offers to candidate
  • Generate and analyze reports on recruitment
