Network and Communication Unit Supervisor

• Supervising and directing the design, deployment, maintenance of the organization's network and its unified communications infrastructure.
• Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Networking and Unified Communications and Collaboration infrastructure of the Center.
• Monitor and manage the systems operations, their performance, security, reliability, and accessibility, ensuring their maximum availability, integrity, and performance.
• Develop, enforce and maintain network and communications security policies and best practices.
• Research, analyze, recommend and implement software, hardware, tools, systems, and processes to provide a state-of-the-art collaboration experience.
• Perform all activities related to networking and unified communication systems administration.
• Supporting and administering firewall environments in line with the security policies.
• Responsible for fixed assets of networking and communications infrastructure equipment and its inventory activities.
• Prepare yearly budget requirements related to the IT Networking & Communications requirements of the Center.
• Procuring IT networking and communications equipment and software as needed to meet the Center's requirements.
• Liaising with management staff, support staff, technical personnel, and/or vendors to solve problems as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Management.

• Ability to speak and write effectively in Arabic and English.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving ability.
• Teamwork and good time management skills.
• CCNA certification and knowledge on Enterprise networking, firewall, and unified communications administration is a must.
• Experience working with CUCM, Cisco Unity, SIP (Trunking, Protocols, and communication methods).
• Experience working in designing, building, and/or maintaining IT Networking and Communications Systems.
