Job Description
As an Industrialization Engineer, the work will mainly evolve in project management using the principles of project management as well as other engineering skills. This position is to follow up with R&D projects until they reach certain Technology readiness then the Industrialization Engineer would take place for receiving the hand-over documents from the R&D team. The documents has to be evaluated by the unit team then handed over to the manufacturers. The Industrialization Engineer would be responsible for providing manufacturers with technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Review & evaluate data received from the R&D team
- Reserve the hand over from the research & development team.
- Develop and fulfilment of designated project budget in line with the project’s scope.
- Conduct a project plan including any additional features requested by the client.
- Ensure that Industrial requirements are well understood and taken into account by Engineering, during product specification and design.
- Delivering the project scope through cross functional development and tracking of the cross functional project timelines.
- Communicate with other departments concerning project requirements.
- Lead Customer project reviews audits.
- Conduct a hand over plan to the external manufacturers.
- Lead in providing external manufacturers with technical support
