Dynamics365 ERP Specialist

• Provide high-quality technical and functional ERP application support to business users.
• Responsible for development, configuration, applying updates, and identifying improvement areas in Dynamics 365 FO environment in cooperation with process owners.
• Building new or improving existing forms, screens, reports, dashboards, roles and permissions, workflows, etc.
• Development of tables, views, cubes for Data-warehouse or anything related to the SQL Server Databases to fulfill the business requirements.
• Strong understanding of when to use native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development.
• Support and execution of data migrations from external data sources into D365 ERP.
• Ensure the development of high-quality code that matches the architectural vision, security, design, and business requirements.
• Ensures code, configuration, and other technology artifacts are delivered within agreed time schedules and any potential delays are escalated in advance.
• Ensures all code/configuration passes internal QA, Integration, UAT, and other tests before being deployed in the production environment.
• Ensures well-documented code and design practices leveraging standard frameworks and recommended modeling tools are in place.
• Communicating with clients and maintaining effective working relationships with end-users and other internal/external staff.
• Providing End-user support and training to staff when needed.
• Managing Lifecycle Service(LCS) for application life cycle and deployment of packages, updates, and improvements

• Development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with knowledge of Dynamics 365 Architecture (extensions, layers, models and packages, tiers, etc.)
• Very Good language skills in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge and experience of related systems (e.g.: AX, CRM, PowerBI, Reporting tools, etc.)
• Has a great understanding of financial matters and designing financial reports?
• Understanding of D365 API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Experience with X++, .Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, Java, MS-SQL, SSRS, PLSQL, Web Services.
• Thoughtful practitioner of software engineering methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Experience with object-oriented design, modeling, and programming.
• Analytical and conceptual skills to analyze and resolve incidents and standard change requests.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Certifications in Dynamics 365 Development and System Administration preferred.
