Job Description
- Developing and Analyzing models of mechatronic systems including stabilized platforms and Modeling and Testing of control strategies in parallel.
- Coding for Rapid Control Prototyping with MATLAB / Simulink and modern development tools.
- Preparation of specifications for control components, modules and sub-systems with optimization of control equipment.
- To create Test Plans and relevant documents and to perform tests in laboratory for developed prototypes and assemblies.
- Support Design, Development, Integration, Testing and Verification of software and hardware related to mechatronic products as per scope of the department.
Skills
The Control Systems Engineer is preferred to have an appreciable knowledge and hands on skills on design and development of control system for stabilized platforms. The individual must have a sufficient skill in softwares like MATLAB / Simulink and other development tools. Moderate knowledge of Control Theory and feedback systems is a must. Clear understanding of selection and optimized use of mechatronic equipment like motors, gears, power supplies, IMUs, transducers and actuators is desirable.
