Minimum of 20 years experince on the following:

• Experience in Naval/Military Thermal Infrared Stealth.
• Experience in Naval/Military Electro-Optic/Thermal Infrared Sensor.
• Expert in Software Development (C++/Matlab)
• Experience in Electro-optic, and especially thermal infrared (platform) signature characterization
• Expert in evaluation of infrared signature suppression techniques or IR stealth
• Handling FLIR infrared hardware and pan-tilt unit (PTU) products
• Familiar with testing laser range finder systems and electro-optic target designation sights.
