Radar & EW Systems Department Manager Assistant

• Assist Department Manager in planning and supervising daily operations of Radar & EW Systems department
•  Oversee budget preparation, expense management, and follow-up activities within the Radar & EW Systems department including programs and projects supervised by the department
•  Participation in preparing and planning the department strategy
•  Participation in preparing projects’ charters
•  Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
•  Work closely with engineering professionals within the Center to provide hardware and software needed for projects to be completed efficiently
•  Ensure that the department team compliance with PSDSARC policies and procedures
•  Collaborate and communicate with other PSDSARC departments, units, and teams
• Participation in requirements derivation workshops with clients
•  Ensure that team responds to clients (internally/externally) queries and concerns in timely and accurate manner
•  Assist in employee recruitment, orientation, performance evaluation, retention, and termination activities
•  Ensure that work assignments are completed on-time
•  Participation in planning and executing field trials and systems evaluation
•  Projects managing and coordinating
•  ERP data entering and following up for procurement and invoices
•  Prepare presentations and reports
