Planning and Budgeting Specialist

• Analyze organizational structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships and work processes in order to increase organizational effectiveness. Facilitate the process of examining the capabilities required and implementing a roadmap for the future to ensure that the organization has the necessary resources to meet its needs. Develop, coordinate, and review operational and strategic plans to achieve the desired outcome Work in collaboration with colleagues and management to execute the PSDSARC strategic plans Develop framework to monitor the execution of the strategic plan Assist in development of business plan to achieve operational goals.
• Assist in developing the yearly budget plan required to achieve the goals and monitor the day to day transactions Develop innovative solutions that support the creation of positive change at PSDSARC and help to maximize talent engagement Diagnose potential organizational problem areas and present solutions to the management Manage and coordinate organizational development projects and programs Continuously assess processes and procedures to support business objectives and strategies Prepare change management plans requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. Perform business and financial analysis across organization
• Perform other tasks as requested by the management

• Fluent in English language
  Ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of the development of policies, practices, and procedures
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to perform financial analysis
  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
